SWAT responds to ‘mental health crisis’ in Cedar City

Officers from several agencies, including Iron Metro SWAT, assisted with a 'mental health crisis' emergency in Cedar City. According to a recent press release from the Cedar City Police Department, the events took place starting at approximately 6:30 a. m. on Saturday morning in a parking lot at 943 S. Main Street. Police received a report of a woman having a mental health crisis and that she had a gun.
